A Faith that continually refines…

Updated: Apr 17, 2022

My last writings were in February. I said I would just “breathe” and be. That’s what I have been doing. Well, it’s really been so much more than just breathing. Today is May 28, 2020. As I watched the movie, “I still believe”, about the life of Jeremy Camp and his wife Melissa. My own faith and struggles were pricked and I was brought back to my own refinement. The struggles and trials we each go through in this life can be a detour that we can use to refine our faith a little more each time.

We can grow to understand our walk on this planet a little better each valley we come out of. We can learn to be more understanding of others, less judgmental, and more open to all that God has for us. We have that free will. We can be more focused on just loving others regardless of their beliefs. We don’t have to make others believe our beliefs are the right ones. We don’t have to do anything but LOVE! God is Love, We are Love, and We can just be!

I have grown and expanded my beliefs so much since last year. God has done many new things within me. My mind has been opened to so much more of Him than I could ever imagine or fathom He is. It’s been an amazing journey so far and I am excited about where I am headed following Him.

Sometimes we must rest our minds and our souls of who we think He is to let Him show us more. Each of us are connected in more ways than we know. Our minds, our souls, and our emotions reach out into infinity. We can open up and expand our consciousness to let more of God in. Let down our walls of judgement, walls of beliefs, and learned patterns to receive more of Him.

The world we live in today is drastically different than I could ever imagine in just one year. It’s time we all live, relate, and exist in a more loving way. Life is what we make it. We have a choice how we move forward. Choose today to be more open to all God has for you.

Yes, I still BELIEVE!!! BELIEVE has been my Word for many years. Through my trials and mountain tops, I continue to BELIEVE! As in Melissa’s story in the movie mentioned earlier, if we can each just reach one with our story/life of FAITH, then we will have served an amazing purpose!

God is so much more than we can ever imagine. He is infinite and He is in us! Each of us have a path/destiny to live out. As the words said in the movie, “our struggles refine our Faith”.

Never give up, keep searching, keep BELIEVING, keep moving forward, and SHINE YOUR FAITH AS IT CONTINUALLY REFINES!!!
