MOVING FORWARD AFTER A PAUSE

Many of us have been in a void space, releasing, clearing, and transition for some time. Now could be when you are ready to gradually begin to have forward movement. Just check in with your feelings. The way we move forward now is through our heart with our feelings not our mind or ego.
It can be overwhelming but just give yourself grace. Just start with one thing. Each day do one thing no matter how small it might seem. Gradually you will be able to do more. We have let go of so much within that we held onto for so long. Now we begin to remove or change those physical things we need to let go of too.
We are not the same as we were before this period of pause. Many of us actually have a new template we are operating from or that is still integrating. Just be patient with yourself and others. Don’t compare your journey to anyone else. Focus on your our path and what is within your energy field that is ready to release and move forward.
As you begin to have forward movement, do your best not to let your ego or mind pull you into a place of chaos, anxiety, or frustration. If you feel those feelings just breathe, take a break, and come back into your heart space. You are on no one’s timetable but your own souls. Your soul knows how and what to do. Trust your intuition.
